Salmon Berry Enamel Pin

You're taking a walk outside, feeling the warmth of the sun on your skin as you come across a row of thick green bushes. The closer you get, you see a cluster of salmon berries in different stages of life—from yellow, light pink, golden orange, and finally deep red. You gently twist the red berries off the bush, ensuring fruit growth for the next season and pop it into your mouth. It's perfectly ripe and that's when you know: Summer is here! Salmon berries have always been an important food source for the Snoqualmie people and Stirling MacArthur (Snoqualmie) has paid homage to these delicious berries in his Salmon Berry Enamel Pin. In natural bright pink and orange, Stirling has captured the natural bright colors of the Salmon Berry into his pin, bringing a pop of color to your day.

"Salmon berries are one of my favorite trail-side snacks! When people wear this, I want them to feel happy and think about the long days of summer and the bright colors of salmon berries filling the forest," Stirling shares.

A part of our Souvenirs of Summer Capsule Collection, the Salmon Berry Enamel Pin is one of six special items designed to capture the beauty of summer in the Pacific Northwest. From magnets to enamel pins, Stirling's Souvenir Capsule captures the beauty and significance of everything the Snoqualmie area has to offer.
