The Pacific Northwest is known for their delicious wild huckleberries. From using their bright juice as a natural dye to making jam, huckleberries have always been enjoyed by the Snoqualmie people and are often considered a yummy treat. In sparkling deep blue, artist Stirling MacArthur (Snoqualmie) shares the joy of the huckleberry in his Blue Huckleberry Enamel Pin.
"Huckleberries are the best that the berry world has to offer. I enjoy a long day of picking berries in a beautiful alpine valley with good company. It is always a highlight of the summer and the gift that keeps on giving. I want people to wear this enamel pin and feel fulfilled, like they have a basket full of huckleberries, ready to share with those around them," Stirling says.
A part of our Souvenirs of Summer Capsule Collection, the Blue Huckleberry Enamel Pin is one of six special items designed to capture the beauty of summer in the Pacific Northwest. From magnets to enamel pins, Stirling's Souvenir Capsule captures the beauty and significance of everything the Snoqualmie area has to offer.
